Captured garments save to your device’s local library. The original photo and measurements still live on your device.

Can I edit measurements manually?

Yes. Size AI is highly accurate, but you can adjust any measurement if needed. Tap the measurement value to edit it. The Precision Editor also lets you drag individual keypoints into place, which is useful for unusual garments or when one arrow lands a millimeter off.

Where do I find my saved garments?

Saved garments live in the Library tab inside the app. Every captured garment appears there with its measurements, label data, and any Photo Studio images you generated for it. The library is local to the device. There is no separate cloud library. From the Library, tap any garment to reopen it, edit measurements with the Precision Editor, generate new Photo Studio images, or push the listing to a marketplace via One-Tap Export.

Setting the app language updates both the interface and the AI Description output, so you can list locally and sell globally without machine-translating every description by hand. The Label Scanner OCR directly supports 8 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese. Labels printed in those languages read correctly without any setting change. The website is English only.

Why was I charged after the free trial?

I can’t find my subscription

Usually one of three things: - You’re signed into a different Apple ID than the one used to subscribe. - The subscription was never activated (the App Store purchase didn’t complete). - The trial expired and was already canceled. Check every Apple ID you may have used. If the subscription is still missing, contact us with your Apple receipt and we’ll help track it down.

The app says my device is not compatible

Accepted Answer

Size AI requires a device with a working LiDAR sensor. If you see the “Compatible Device” screen, it usually means one of two things: - Your device doesn’t have LiDAR (the regular non-Pro iPhones don’t). - The LiDAR sensor isn’t being detected properly (rare, but it happens). How do I test if my LiDAR sensor is working?

Use Apple’s pre-installed Measure app: 1. Open the Measure app. 2. Point your camera at an object. 3. Try measuring a distance. If the Measure app reads distance smoothly, your LiDAR sensor is working. If it doesn’t, the sensor itself may have an issue, and Size AI won’t run on the device until that’s resolved.

I’m stuck on the “Compatible Device” screen

Try these in order: 1. Test your LiDAR sensor. Use the Measure app (see above) to confirm the sensor is working. 2. Reinstall the app. - Delete Size AI completely from your device. - Update to the latest iOS version. - Restart the device. - Reinstall Size AI from the App Store. My measurements look inaccurate

Most arrow errors trace back to one of three setup issues. For best results: - Lay the garment flat. No bunching, twisting, or overlapping fabric. - Make sure sleeves and side seams are fully visible (matters most for pit-to-pit). - Smooth out major wrinkles. Folds shift measurements 0.8–1.2 in (2–3 cm). - Use even lighting. Avoid side-light from a single window. - Keep the entire garment in frame, with the camera at 90 degrees. Question 31

The app isn’t working properly on my device

Accepted Answer

If your device doesn’t have LiDAR support, Size AI won’t function as intended. The limitation is hardware, not a bug in the app. If you’re unsure, check: - Your device model (must be iPhone 12 Pro or later, or iPad Pro 2020 or later). - LiDAR functionality using the Measure app. If both check out and the app still misbehaves, contact support.
