Is Size AI really free to start?

Yes. Every account gets 10 scans and 3 AI photos every month, with access to every feature, no credit card. You only pay when your volume outgrows the free plan.

What counts as a scan?

A scan is one garment measurement or one label read. Photo Studio images (AI model shots and ghost mannequins) are counted separately, against your monthly photo allowance.

Do unused scans and photos roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing period, and unused scans or photos do not roll over. One-time image packs are the exception: those credits stay on your account until you use them.

How am I billed, and how do I cancel?

Plans and image packs are billed through your Apple ID on the App Store, and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Terms for the full billing details.

What are image packs?

One-time top-ups that add Photo Studio images to any plan, including Free. Pack credits are not a subscription and do not reset monthly, so they stay on your account until you use them.
