Eight tools for faster listings

By Size AI teamUpdated

Export, batch, edit, customize. Built into every plan.

A reseller running 200 listings a month moves roughly fifty garments through the photograph-measure-list pipeline every week. At ten extra seconds per garment, that adds up to a hundred minutes a week, four hundred a month, fifty hours a year. The math works the same way for fashion brands shooting seasonal drops at scale. A thousand SKUs at sixty seconds of saved per-garment friction is a hundred and seventy hours back to the team.

Size AI's workflow tools exist for that math. Eight utilities sit alongside the core capture flow, each one targeting a specific friction point in the listing pipeline. None of them are gated or quota-limited. They're included in every plan, including the 7-day free trial, because the per-garment time savings compound for sellers listing at volume.

What follows is what the eight tools do, where to find them in the app, and how to use them in practice.

What the workflow tools are

The eight tools compress the per-garment time spent in the app. Most live on the Results screen after a measurement capture; a couple live in Settings as one-time configuration. The core features (capture, TrueShape, Label Scanner, AI Photo Studio, AI Descriptions) aren't workflow tools in this sense. They produce the listing inputs. The workflow tools sit on top, helping move those inputs out of the app and into a marketplace draft.

All eight tools are available in every Size AI tier without separate quotas. Both volume resellers and casual users have equal access.

The 8 tools

  1. One-Tap Export. Instantly send measurement images and data to any supported marketplace, eliminating the screenshot-and-paste process. Compatible with eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and Online Store mode.
  2. Batch Download. Save multiple garment images at once for high-volume inventory exports. Most resellers use Batch Download at the end of a session, after shooting forty pieces, instead of saving each image one at a time.
  3. Background Removal. Strip distractions out of any saved image for a cleaner product photo. Similar to TrueShape, but available as a standalone action on any image you've already saved.
  4. Copy Measurements. Copy all measurements with one tap, then paste them anywhere: a listing template, a spreadsheet, a buyer message thread. The output format adjusts automatically based on where you paste it.
  5. Unit Conversion. Switch between centimeters and inches. Set it once in Settings and every measurement displays in your chosen unit going forward.
  6. Color Customization. Customize the measurement overlay colors, background swatches, and text for brand-consistent product photos. Useful for fashion brands maintaining a consistent visual identity across their catalog.
  7. Precision Editor. Drag measurement labels and fine-tune individual keypoints when a capture is 95% right and one arrow needs a millimeter of adjustment. Faster than retaking the photo for a single off-arrow.
  8. Multi-Language. Twenty languages supported in the iOS app. List locally, sell globally without machine-translating every description by hand.

Where to find them

Most tools live on the Results screen after a measurement capture. One-Tap Export, Batch Download, Copy Measurements, Background Removal, Color Customization, and Precision Editor are all there.

Two tools live in Settings as one-time configuration:

  • Unit Conversion lives under Display in Settings. Toggle once and every future measurement displays in the chosen unit.
  • Multi-Language lives under Language in Settings. The app interface plus the AI Description output both follow the language set here.

Tips for sellers listing at volume

  • Set unit and language once. Both live in Settings. Configure them before the first capture and forget about them.
  • Run Batch Download at the end of a session. Saving images one at a time during a forty-garment session is forty interruptions. Batch Download collects all of them in one end-of-session export.
  • Reach for Precision Editor before retaking. A single arrow off by a millimeter takes ten seconds to drag into place. A full retake takes thirty. The math favors editing when only one arrow is off. Only retake when two or more arrows are off.
  • Color Customization for brand-consistent catalogs. Fashion brands shooting their own catalog tend to set the overlay color once to match the brand palette, then leave it. Resellers usually leave the default.
  • Use One-Tap Export right after capture. Exporting immediately catches description and image issues at the source, rather than partway through the listing flow.

Common questions

Are these all included in the free trial?

Yes. All eight workflow tools ship in every tier, including the 7-day free trial. No separate quotas, no upgrade prompts. Subscription required after the trial.

How do I switch between centimeters and inches?

Settings → Display → Unit Conversion. Toggle once. Every measurement displays in the chosen unit going forward, including measurements of past garments in your library.

Can I edit measurements after capture?

Yes, with the Precision Editor. Open the saved garment, tap the measurement view, and drag any keypoint to fine-tune its position. Useful when one or two arrows are off. For more than two, a retake is faster.

What languages are supported?

Twenty languages in the iOS app. Setting the app language updates both the interface and the AI Description output. The Label Scanner OCR directly supports eight: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese.

Can I do bulk operations on multiple garments at once?

Batch Download covers the bulk image export case. Other bulk operations (mass relisting, cross-platform pushes across multiple garments at once) live on the per-garment One-Tap Export today. Expanded bulk operations are on the roadmap.

Limitations

  • Multi-Language is an iOS app feature. The website is English only.
  • Precision Editor is for fine adjustments. When two or more measurement arrows are clearly off, a retake is faster than dragging keypoints by hand.
  • Batch Download exports images that are already saved. It doesn't capture new images in batch.

Related

  • Capture. Precision Editor lives in the Results screen alongside the capture flow.
  • AI Descriptions. Multi-Language matters most for description output. Set the app language once in Settings, and every future description respects it.
